Q. I have managed to download the files, but when i click to open the file, it says unable to play. It's a .RAR file.A. If the CITB CSCE downloaded file is compressed with winrar (like most internet files to save on download space ) please go to our free pages on whichmanuals and download a free trial copy of winrar ( here ) or if you have winzip etc this will do fine also. Then unrar (uncompress ) the downloaded file onto your desktop and in the citb folder locate the setup file and click on this to install the full program to your computer, then just locate the program in your start programs. You should then be able to run the program from here.
