After starting the Renault Dialogys manual on any version of Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7, first double click the Dialogys.mpf icon on your desktop,if you get a "Java Invocation" error. This is a Java configuration issue. To get around this, do the following:Uninstall Java, Quicktime and Adobe Reader via "Add/Remove" programs
Now Reboot the PC
Go to www.adobe.com and install the latest version of Adobe Reader
Go to www.apple.com and install the latest version of Quicktime
Go to www.java.com and install the latest version of Java
Now Reboot the PC
Once restarted double click the Dialogys.mpf file on your desktop and it should work, if not then you have a configuration issue with your pc and it is advised to update your system files through windows updates before repeating the above steps again.
